Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Specialist with a deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions to join our team. This role will focus on understanding our clients’ unique needs, presenting suitable solutions, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in cybersecurity sales and will possess a client-first mentality.

What You’ll Do

  1. Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their security needs, challenges, and goals.

  2. Solution Presentation: Present Aitive's cybersecurity solutions in a manner tailored to each client’s specific context and needs.

  3. Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  4. Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging threats to identify sales opportunities and areas for product improvement.

  5. Feedback: Work closely with the product and technical teams to relay customer feedback, ensuring our solutions evolve in line with client needs.

  6. Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, positioning Aitive as a trusted security advisor.

  7. Training: Stay updated on Aitive's product features, benefits, and differentiators, participating in internal trainings as needed.

  8. Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and webinars to generate leads and build a strong professional network.

Who You Are

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

  2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cybersecurity sales.

  3. Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, threats, and solutions.

  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  6. Ability to navigate complex sales processes and engage with C-level executives.

  7. Proficiency with CRM software, preferably SalesForce.

  8. Willingness to travel, as required.
