Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated AI Product Manager with a deep understanding of both AI and cybersecurity to lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative AI products. The ideal candidate will bridge the technical and business worlds, ensuring the creation and delivery of products that resonate with our target customers and stay ahead of emerging cyber threats.
What You’ll Do

Product Strategy and Vision: Define and champion product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals and market needs.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, sales, and marketing teams to bring products to market and ensure their success.

Requirements Definition: Gather, prioritize, and articulate high-level product requirements. Translate these into detailed specifications and user stories.

Roadmap Creation: Establish a dynamic product development roadmap and ensure all stakeholders have clarity and alignment.

Technical Depth: Understand and stay current with the latest advancements in AI and cybersecurity. Use this knowledge to ensure that products are technically sound and meet industry standards.

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, gather feedback, and adjust product strategies accordingly.

Go-to-market strategy: Plan and execute product launches, ensuring successful uptake and positioning in the market.

Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to track product success and ensure products are meeting market needs and company objectives.
Who You Are

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s or MBA preferred.

Experience: 3+ years in product management, preferably with a focus on AI or cybersecurity.

Technical Savvy: A deep understanding of AI technologies and cybersecurity practices.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
